I think people with a little experience with it if not then older and more mature members should be mods.
Mainly because I've seen a lot of drama appear out of no where on guild forums and newer or younger members (Like age 10) usually start it. It takes a mature person to resolve something like that.

An actual example is when I was part of a guild and there was a LOT of drama happening.. well... one of the mods was in the middle of that and screwed up a lot of people's accounts and the owner shut the forum down in the end due to.. stress? Though it was no reason to do that, I thought I'd share. XD

Heck, I'm one of the founders and I don't really care if I become a mod or not.
Being with such an awesome guild (With an extra awesome leader) Is plenty enough <3

Yah, at least not in the beginning (to be a mod) Maybe later on when the guild grows bigger we can take mod applications and such !

Yeah, it can be really bad. And aslong as the founders stay active, and it gets busy i think you'll prolly be the first anyways. Cause technically i lead but it's OUR guild, you know ^^
